2004 Ford Explorer 4 liter engine

I have a 2004 Ford Explorer I recently purchased and I have the following DTC codes po171 p0172 PO174 p0175 po193 po401 are these all related is there one single fix or am I looking at each code individual it says that bank one and two are both lean and Rich it's kind of hard any ideas

Search OBD2 codes then locate the codes you listed, see if any of the codes cross (2 or more with same possible cause) this will give you a starting point.

If none cross then you'll have to start troubleshooting the individual possible causes.

Your post would be more helpful if you list miles and what it's doing (hard start, no start, etc)

As well as which engine the Explorer has and if any known maintenance was recently performed just prior to these codes appearing.
