Door pad question

Anybody know how I can get my door pad entry code? If I search my VIN number, would that help?

On my 2011 the code was on the wiring loom going into the BCM

basically get a flashlight and look up under the dash. Do you by chance have the original owners manual? It would be (or was) in there if you do.

You'll find a second white insulation wrapped snugly across the computer module. When you push the insulation up to see the flat surface, you see the 5 digit number printed up-side-down in black on a white sticker. This is your keyless entry code.

If you're flexible enough, open up the knee storage box all the way. Popping it out to hang down (hopefully it's empty otherwise it soon will be. Lay with your back on the seat and head hanging off the front looking through the hole with a bright light source. You'll see white insulation/batting hanging down. Push it up and away to see the control module. Read off the 5digit number. Ignore any letters. That will be the factory code.

Then precede to your nearest doctor or chiropractor because you're going to be sore from the contortions.
