Radiator leak
1993 F350 7.5L
So I've got a decent radiator leak. I just wanted to pick yall's brain about quality radiators. How long do the cheapish ones last? Here is a rock Auto link to the available radiators for my make and model:
https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/ford,1993,f-350,7.5l+v8,1126741,cooling+system,radiator,2172
Anyone have any suggestions? I don't mind spending more if it's worth it.
Also, is there anything I should do while I'm in there? The hoses seem ok on the outside but they're 27 years old. Is swapping those out a good idea?
Thanks
I would swap out the 27-year-old hoses while I was changing the radiator.

https://www.summitracing.com/parts/sum-380534 They do have bigger and more expensive as well.
We have replacement radiators that we would recommend. These are aluminum cores with plastic tanks. One of them is our Summit brand SUM-380534 that spurredon mentioned. The other one is this Mishimoto MIO-R1451-AT. Both are great options to go with to help keep your 460 cool.
Depending on your budget we also have all-aluminum radiators available. These range from $300 up to $1,000+. Some aren't direct-fit and would require modifications to make them fit. These may not be what you're looking for but just giving you options.
It's a good idea to replace the hoses while replacing the radiator. We carry Dayco and Continental hoses for a 93 F350 with the 460.
