Inner fender HELP!!!

Hello it has been a while since posting anything. I have been enjoying driving my truck. I am currently trying to remove the inner fender for more access to the side of the engine (looking everything over and found an oil leak) the reason I’m removing it is it may not go back on, if that wasn’t the case then I wouldn’t pull it at all.

so far I have removed the outside fender without issue, and have removed all bolts to the inner fender, and it is loose. I cannot get it out, I still have the drill and rad support in. What’s the next step? I would rather not have to pull off the whole front grill and rad support, but if I must I will I suppose.

are there bolts I can loosed to move the grill and rad support foreword a bit more to give the inner fender more room to move out?

Or also:
is there a way to remove the front clip while leaving the rad and/or core support on/in the truck?

Or a way to leave the radiator in the truck, I don’t have the time to refill if i do put it back together. I’m on an extreme time crunch

I think I would unbolt the radiator from the support and the remove the whole front clip assembly. The front clip assembly comes off fairly easily. I have a video linked below on removing it. I start showing where the bolts are at about the 4:45 minute mark.

Good luck with it, Pat

Alright I didn’t know if that was a possibility, as in if it slid down into the support or bolted to it. It’s dark and I haven’t gone back out.

I’ll support it with a jack for now.
there are two bolts holding the support to the Frame which don’t even have nuts on the bottom, we’re they supoosed to but rusted so bad?

As I recall my support bolted to the frame horns at the front. Yours may have been removed at some point and never put back on. My truck didn't have a radiator in it when I bought it. I believe the rad bolts to the support, I might be wrong so take a look at what you have.
