Anyone else have a "problem" with the headlights seeming dim even in total dark? Its even worse in the rain. They aren't hazednover and I even bought the better bulbs. Is everyone changing to led bulbs? Or is there another fix?
That happens as we get older.
Have you checked what the voltage is at the lamps yet just to make sure there isn't an issue within the wiring?
I'm 34... haha. Well I also noticed while driving at night ( when actually noticeable) fir a second they get brighten then back to dim. Maybe 2 mins later brighter for a second then dimmer again. So im thinking wiring. But its annoying, it almost looks like I'm flashing my brights at people.
You probably have a ground corrosion problem giving low voltage to lamps . Especially since they are changing sometimes because vibration is changing ground connection. .

In old cars. It meant that your electrical system has a voltage drop. Could be battery, alternator, or even just bad wiring. Check the battery terminals. Then the wiring and connections.
I have LED headlights. Read all you can about them. Some people don't like them. Before LED were available, I used Hella lamps.
