Need Help Identifying OXYGEN SENSOR Numbers's:

Hello friends,
I am getting conflicting information from my Ford Dealer on Oxygen Sensor (O2-sensor) Part Numbers for my truck???

My truck:
- 1990 F350 Cab/Chassis 4X4, 460 (7.5L) gas, ZF 5-speed, Dana 60 front, Sterling 10.25 rear, 4.10 gearing.
- Calibration Code: 0-97A-R05 as seen from decal #: F0AE-6E061-EEF
- VIN#: 2FDKF38G5LCA71178
- Original Front Exhaust Crossover Pipe still in place (Part #: E9TA-5246 JA or Part #: E91A-3246-JA) but it is stilghtly rusted over to distort the Part Number, but has the crossover 'bung' for the O2-sensor between the pipes.
- The Factory Original Plug-In Connector for the Oxygen Sensor is a 4-wire female connector on the truck-side of the harness, HOWEVER, the actual Oxygen Sensor that is currently installed into the 4-wire connector in my truck is a 3-wire O2-Sensor with the following numbers on it: "E97F-9F472-DA" as well as "950241"....

When I spoke with the Ford Dealer today they mentioned the following 3 Oxygen Sensors for me to research and consider, but I'm not sure if they are 3-wire, or, 4-wire Oxygen Sensors???:
1. Ford Part #: E7TF-9F472-A (Motorcraft #: DY604)
2. Ford Part #: F07F-9F472-A (Motorcraft #: DY586)
3. Ford Part #: F0TZ-9F472-C (Motorcraft #: DY586)

My questions are as follows:
A. Since the truck harness has a 4-wire connector with all four wires having a metal 'Pin' inside the harness connector in 'like-new condition' can I assume that a 4-wire Oxygen Sensor should be installed into that connector instead of the currently installed 3-wire O2-sensor (E97F-9F472-DA & 950241) that is there at this time?

B. If I should require a 4-wire O2-Sensor, then what is the Ford Part Number and/or the Motorcraft Part Number, based on the calibration Code on my truck listed above?

C. If my truck actually does use a 3-wire O2-Sensor, then are one of the three sensors listed above the correct O2-sensor for my application, OR, is the O2-sensor currently installed the correct O2-sensor for my truck???

Many thanks in advance for everyone who might chime in with some information -- Pete

Can anyone offer any information on Ford OEM Oxygen Sensor (3-wire and/or 4-wire)?
Again, I have a 4-wire connector on the truck-side of the harness.
Still haven't got any definitive information as to whether Ford put a 3-wire or 4-wire Oxygen Sensor in my truck from the factory???
Anyone out there have any information? Part Numbers? etc...
Many thanks in advance, Pete

If you dont have any O2 sensor codes, I would put the 3 wire back in it, which 3 wire, will depend where your O2 plug is, or measure yours, there was a crossover year, when Ford went to 4 wire, and it seems 90-91 was the area.
