So I bought this truck and 2 weeks after I bought it the oil pressure gauge line came off and it drained all the oil un beknown to me and I ran it out of oil. I now have a rod knock, which is a good reason for me to take the motor out and rebuild it, it is a 93 f250 7.3l turbo idi. I want to rebuild it with stronger internals, and possibly beef up the power a little. Any suggestions for what to buy, is there any good kits out there? I'm new to Ford and I would appreciate any help I can get.

Not necessary to use "stronger internals" unless youre wanting to go over 400whp, more if yours is a factory turbo as it already has stronger rods. Standard rebuild with head studs sounds like what you need for "beefing up the power a little". If factory turbo, i would look at R&D's drop in S257 with outlet mod, and a 90 or 110cc pump. I have a 110cc, will out tow our 2011 6.7 psd and have walked a few common rails with deletes and tunes, but i would say theyre comparable. In a nutshell, for just a little power, you could adjust the wastegate and turn up your pump - 200whp, 90cc pump and wastegate - ~220whp (more with better turbo), 110cc ~300whp, will need at least a s257 and should intercool. He has bigger pumps as well
