I can't remember, did the 2011 have the DPF % option (enabled to the default blank screen page of the 4.2" LCD)?
Every authorized Ford dealer has Ford's IDS. Maybe they don't have any techs certified to work on the 6.7L SD pickups. The correct answer, "If available, we don't know how to enable it but we'll research and report back."

kper05, I took it to Geweke Ford, Yuba City Ca, dealership... their fleet tech connected the IDS computer, spent about 10 minutes scrolling, clicking and came up with no results, saying sorry, but no go. As I was leaving the service guy mentioned they have a dedicated diesel shop down the road... that when it occurred to me I should of inquired about that fact first, taken the truck to them. I will now take it to them, and show them this thread, maybe they know more than the fleet guys.

I just ordered this dongle. Will fool around with it when I get my truck back. May have questions since although not completely computer illiterate but not known to be the sharpest computer whiz and may need help.
Received my Rudys CAC kit yesterday as was promised and it really looks to be very high quality. I like it! Delivering to the shop tomorrow.

Just stroking, does the screen stay enabled after IDS disconnected, and available for daily driving info? or is it only available for observation while the IDS is connected and manual/forced region is occurring? The tech at Yuba City Geweke Ford enabled, per your prompts, but the screen was not there after IDS disconnect...please advise, thanks.

When in the top menu page grouping, do you have 4 dots in the top center of the display or 3?
This indicates the number of pages available, and should be 4 if the dpf % screen is enabled.

Sounds like the tech did something wrong then. I'm not familiar with IDS so not sure if it's possible he forgot to apply changes or what may have happened. I'd ask him to try again. The steps JustStrokin shared above should work for a permanent dpf % screen.
