New here and glad to be a member here I have owned several ford trucks from 67-79 over the years. I hope to someday get my 76 finished it has been in the family since 78 and I've owned it since 1988 my first vehicle and will always be my baby.
Thanks for the warm welcome my fellow members. I should make a better description of my truck. 76 f100 short bed 2wd, been re-painted a couple times. My grandparents bought the truck in 78 I was like 6 years old at that time they raised me so yeah I rode in this truck daily. I traded my grandparents a car to it when I was 15 so I could make sure it stays in the family lol.. I started to rebuild the truck back in 1994 and never finished it. Life came at me wide open with a wife and kids came shortly after lol. So the truck has been parked since 94 and been drove 1 time and that was back in 2001. Being the dumba$$ I am I let it sit and to make it worse it was outside all these years. Its held up pretty good thou it does run and would drive if put together I am doing what I can now to get this restoration started. I just recently bought a 78 f250 4x4 that came with almost every body panel that are Nos ford parts that were bought throughout the 80s and early 90s. Besides a ton of Nos other parts for the 78 4x4 I can't use. So body panels I have now just the dreaded process replacing them and all that's in between. I will try to get pics on here soon.
Thats a good solid base, and from what I gather having a proper 351C in a truck over there is a bit different. Down here in Australia our trucks were fitted with them until 1985 so there's no shortage of Cleveland parts around.
If you need any advice on what to do with the engine give me a yell, I've done a few of these now.

Thanks and nice to know someone in other countries have the same interests and love these old trucks, and cars too even.. I would like to hear some ideas you have about the Cleveland, it is completely stock and I was thinking of doing some different mods to it, I mean I have the basic ideas for it but you guys there may have different ideas I could try. Private message me with details if you want to.
thanks
