My work van (2015 transit 250) randomly had a bluetooth failure. Worked all day monday then tuesday morning I noticed my first phone call didnt go through the radio. Played with the settings and under bluetooth ON/OFF it always says off? When I turn setting to ON it waits about ten seconds them goes to OFF automatically??? I pulled the uconnect fuse for five minutes, ten minutes and a second ten minute interval with no luck. When I bought it brand new the ford tech pulled this fuse becuase the bluetooth wouldnt work and it been perfect all these years. Checked manual and I can not find a fuse for the radio only the uconnect thing
what should I check? My state is passing new phone laws so I need his fixed ASAP if not I'm ripping the factory radio out and installing a aftermarket system
We just bought a 2015 Transit and I discovered tonight that the Bluetooth doesn't seem to be working. I can't get a phone to connect. I've an appointment on Tuesday, at the dealership, to have some work done and I'll ask about this while the van is there.
Is the 'uconnect' fuse a special fuse?

For what it's worth, a software update at the dealer fixed my problem.
