No Crank No Start

First of all I want to thank everyone ahead of time for contributing to the forum. Current Status No Crank No Start Glow plug light is not on, check engine light was not on but now is consistently. Warnings, Advance Trak, Trailer Brake Module, TPMS. I have attempted to pull codes SCT returns general errors. So far I have established their is no power to row fuses that includes #52 for PCM. Start Relay does have power, I have pulled Distribution, cleaned and checked wiring to include up to radiator. Checked harness at Parking Brake, removed PCM connectors and cleaned. Batteries are at 12.44V, jumped starter with signal wire connection next to battery and I am now at a loss where to go next. I thought based on wiring diagram the fuse bank that includes #52 was fed by start relay.

Is fuse 52 in the BCM or BJB?

Fuse 52 should be hot at all times.

Agreed

Just not sure which way I should track the short. PCM relay is hot, chased harness towards radiator I did not see any breaks. Pulled positive cable and attached test light between it and positive terminal with a steady glow. So I have a short some where, I left light on a pulled all inside fuses no change.

you need to pull the codes and see what they identify. There might also be some B DTC's.

Without means of finding the other DTC's easily, I would suggest looking to see why the ECM/PCM is not powering up? The U codes are communication errors. With no power on fuse 52, I suspect your PCM is not being powered up to communicate with the various modules on the truck. I would try to find out why fuse 52 has no power and then go from there.

I know this isn't the answer you want, but the YouTube mechanic "South Main Auto" has lots of videos on finding bad wires. Check him out and see if his way of diagnosing would help you. He is really good at the methodology of finding where the bad wire is...

Do you have the wire diagrams, if not, I'm sure the helpful guys here will get them for you.

Here's one...

Thanks

@orion250 I appreciate the information, I actually found the issue and fixed. It was a bad connector on the Run/Start Relay. The logic behind manufacturers electrical systems does not make sense sometimes.

Hello guys, new to the forums, not so new to cars but fairly new to trucks, I have a similar problem but my bus goes down while im driving, it will still drive just the cluster will light up and all the guages go dead, when it fails the car then will not start, if I let it sit for about 10 minutes it will start right up, and its really inconsistant, I drive it 150 miles and it only happened one time, I drove it 30 miles and it happens 10 times, it seems to have more when turning/ when its wet outside, I found on the dr side frame rail/ spring top that the wiring harness was crushed and one of the wires was heavily corrodded, i relocated the harness and inspected it first then i cut and repaired the wire but still have same issue.. The run start relay is located in the engine bay, when you said it was a bad connector did you just disconnect it and clean it? Ive heard of the connection near the parking brake but ive inspected and found nothing, I also switched out the cluster just to be safe and found same issue. Any tips would be nice, if you think this is a different problem I can create a new thread but just the fact that the bus is going down could be similar. My truck is a 2011 ford f250 deleted, it did have the cab off about 1.5 years ago.

Cluster

I want to make sure I understand the problem correctly. While driving the cluster goes out, however, the truck continues to run. Then after vehicle is turned off it will not start. Are these the symptoms? BTW I almost did not respond with a name line Railguy. I immediately thought of either a RR worker or buff. Just joking with you of course.
