C6 transmission linkage help needed

Hi all, hope i am in right place for this.
I have a 64 F100 i am putting a 429CJ motor, have a 73 C6 out of a Lincoln behind it.
I have a Steering column from a 79 f250 i am putting in. I was told the linkage bracket coming out of the trans was specific to linkage.
Does anyone know if this is true Have any pics so I can see what linkage rods and brackets anything i need to make this setup work?
Thanks
Dave.

From what I've seen posted on this subject:

Car levers point up. Truck levers point down. You can reverse the lever at the trans but you have to pull the valve body to do so.

You have quite a mix of components. I thing you will need the actual shifter linkage that came from the '79 F250 and the kick-down from the Lincoln.
