Transmission damage help

The thing I am having trouble with is finding other parts. I have a feeling the gear the pawl engages is damaged. I had to drive 1200 miles home with the damage. According to the procedure there is a gasket or two that has to be replaced as well. Any ideas where to find them? I have only been looking online for the parts-so far.

You need to get these parts from Ford. Take your vin to the dealer and they will order the parts. I am not sure what Ford offers in a kit to replace this part. But I do know they have the correct parts since no one in your area has worked on this transmission. I do hope you don't have top get a complete rebuild kit just for a couple gaskets. There is no reason for some of the stuff you get from Ford containing many parts and other you have to buy separately.
