Hey so I have a 74’ f100 with a 360 and a C6 transmission. One day I plan on putting in a Tko 600 but until I can acquire the funds for that I’d like to at least put in a manual. So I’d like to put in a 3 speed trans (instead of trying to switch columns I was just gonna go on the floor) but I can’t seem to find one, does anyone have one for sale or know how I can get my hands on one?
Pulling a C6 and sticking a 3.03 in is a huge downgrade. What makes you want a TKO600? The Tremec TR-4050 is much better suited to a truck and made for these swaps. If you really want a manual in the meantime get a NP/435 Or T18.
I'd like to put a 435 in place of my three speed because my truck has a really tall rearend ratio, and I need the granny gear. But that jump to direct/top gear on both of those transmissions is still an issue with my 240 engine, so I'd really rather put a T5 in it.
The advantage which the truck-style transmissions have, is that granny first gear. The steeper overdrive you can get the more gear you can run in the rearend, but you still can't match those >5.0:1 granny gear ratios in first gear.

I was kinda wanting transmission I could shift real fast and I’ve heard those t18s are slow.
If you want fast shifts, put a shift kit in your C6.
With new synchros, a 3.03 will shift reasonably fast once you adjust the linkage and get used to the dog-leg 1st to 2nd shift. 2nd to 3rd it doesn't much matter because you're going to lose enough RPMs to be in the soft spot power wise. And it's not like you can run that 360 out to 5500 RPM so your 2nd to 3rd shift lands back somewhere in the power.....
IMO keep your C6 and save your nickles and your dimes if you want to move up to a performance powertrain.

I actually can run my 360 to 5500 rpm because I have a Petronix ignititor three system and I don’t want to keep my automatic
Hey mate, if you've never driven a shift-kitted auto you are missing out. There's a reason the drag racing world loves autos... it's cause they're fast and violent.
Put a B&M kit through the C6 (about $100) and if you don't love it, then at least you can sell it on as a shift-kitted auto. Its easy, simply drop the pan and replace a few bits and bobs.
No manual covnersion will be easy or cheap. You're looking at bellhousing, clutch, clutch fork and linkages, the pedal assembly, trans mount and driveshaft (depending on trans) and then the shifter itself plus any other doohickeys like a neutral and reverse sensor and speedo cable. By the time you are done with that you may as well just sell your truck and get one with a manual.
Give some thought to shift-kitting the C6. They're a decent box that will take a lot of abuse.
