ProComp 22210 Issue?

I also asked this question in the SD forum, though i know this spring is commonly used on our Ex's. I installed these on my 03 f250 6.0 3 months ago and the are already W'ed. I went down in lift when installed so i dont know what my starting height was. Im at 26" center hub to fender. Anybody else have this issue with these springs? If so, what is going on?

I believe I would be contacting Pro Comp and show them the picture of the sag. From your picture it seems like they have failed.

Here's picture of my front springs within days of install. I just looked at them again and they look the same after about 10k miles. My rears have no sag. I believe my fronts are 22210 and the rears are 22215. If that's a picture of your rear spring somethings wrong.

I'm not understanding what the problem is exactly? Are you saying the spring has sagged too much? I just installed those same springs and am at 27" at the fender but I have a v10.

Ok after examining that picture of you rear springs. I'm goin out on a limb here but that rear spring on your truck looks like the wrong part. I counted 5 leaves, should be 6. What part numbers did you use?

Mine are roughly like that, little less so and sits at 26.5" after 20K on the clock with a 12V Cummins (which weighs a bit more than my old 6.0).

I just don't see a picture of the rear springs. All are photos of the front ... but it is early in the morning before my coffee.

Original post never said anything about rear springs.
he is asking about his front springs sagging in the middle.

To the original post 26” seems a little low even with a 6.0 I would be calling the manufacturer.

Correct, the original poster asked about the front springs. The rear spring discussion started with bluovl's post (below).

I don't see what he is referring to in that post since all photos are of the front. Just saying . . .

Ok I stand corrected. I'm on heavy antibiotic doses right know, and my wife says it's making me cranky. Sorry to cause all the confusion. I'll just read for awhile.

I am refering to the front springs on the truck sorry for any confusion. In bluovl's defense, i didnt state front springs in my OP.

I am asking if the springs being flat or slightly inverted is normal right after install. I thought they would be more arched in the beginning then flatten/invert over time.

27" with a V10 and 26.5" with a cummins, im not to far off at 26". In my measurements, im having to work around wide tires, 3" backspacing rims, and added fender flares. While adding a zone 1" lift shackle to the rear of the front springs today or tomorrow to clear my 35's from rubbing, ill take the flares off and get a better measurement.

If anybody had a chance, could they take a pic of the rear shackle on the front spring, please? Mine look to be only about an inch off the frame, and looked to have possibly touched the frame a coupke times.

I thought i might have installed the springs backwards, though verified that i didnt on my stock Ex.

Thanks for the responses and help.
