I also asked this question in the Excursion forum bc they are commonly used over there, though i know this spring is used alot on our SD's also. I installed these on my 03 f250 6.0 3 months ago and the are already W'ed. I went down in lift when installed so i dont know what my starting height was. Im at 26" center hub to fender. Anybody else have this issue with these springs? If so, what is going on?

Prior to a "person with connections to ProComp" gaslighting the Excursion sub-forum, the Ex crowd primarily used ATS https://www.autoandtrucksprings.com/ , or various spring swaps from SD donors.

ProComp is probably not able or capable to handle the volume and quality has suffered.
I have the same issue. Just installed ProComp 22210 in the front and 22415 in the back. I have ~26.5" in the back and 27" in the front (measuring from the center of the hub to the fender). My front springs look exactly as shown in pictures posted by @retnec58.
That's what they do, the weight of a diesel just deforms the spring slightly. I've worked on fords with sky jacker/pro comp/super lift springs and ALL of the them make a W.
second your gonna loose a little lift after the springs have had time to settle in. Even brand new Ford OEM springs will settle a little bit.
My personal truck has pro comp leaf springs up front. I had the 22210 originally and they had a W, then I put the 22410 and eventually they developed the W shape. I now removed the 4" lift and went back to leveled front end with new 22210 springs and after a year of driving they sagged slightly and have a W shape
