I am having a bit of an issue with the trailer wiring of a 91 F250 (xlt lariat).
The truck was bought by me knowing that there were a ton of issues.
I believe it had the trailer package from the factory?
I am trying to take a 4 that I am installing and convert it to a 7. The PO set up it with a 7(that didnt work and probably hadnt for years)
I simply have too many wires to hook up the 7 blade that I bought
I cant seen to get the running lights (through the hitch, the truck's work fine) to work and the wires don't seem to be by the typical color diagram one can find online
This wire leads over to the license plate light? not really sure why? these are more or less the mystery wires. I believe the orange and the blue are the 12 volt and controller, respectively.
I did try to look up my issue but I cant seem to find anything. Any help would be great!
One note, I did manage to get right and left blinkers/brakes to work
