Front End Help - Drag Link
Hello y'all,
I have a 2WD 1996 F-250 Crew Cab and need a new drag link. I got help from a mechanic and he told me to get E9TZ3304F, but on the Ford website that was listed as discontinued and only for Reg/Ext cab, whereas E9TZ3304G is for Crew cab. Other than that one site nothing else tells me there is a fitment issue and the 3rd party vendors like ACDelco and Moog dont use Ford's part numbers so I cannot tell which is which and ACDelco's website doesnt mention a difference in Crew vs Reg cab for the Drag link. I am in a situation that between ordering and fitting it into my truck will be more than 30 days apart so I have no opportunity to return the part if I get this wrong.

I also recollect no difference between cab styles. A good way to check is get on another vendor's website, and check another supplier's part numbers to see if there is a difference in part numbers between cabs. I've had good luck with Bronco Graveyard and LMC for clearly delineating between models.
