Can you hear the pump when the system is activated. if not, then probably a bad pump. If yes, then probably an empty reservoir or a blockage in
the fluid delivery system.
I would ask if you are sure there is water in the reservoir .... but we have been having quite a bit of water in our area lately so that should be so.
Actually letting it run out of liquid and activating the pump can cause overheating issues and burn out the pump motor .... or using water in winter (did that with my 1990, ruined the pump and rusted it into the plastic, pain pulling it out without damaging the reservoir)
There has to be a fuse somewhere though, I see 3 or 4 Wiper and Rain Sensor listed fuses .... check all of those first. Have you made sure that power is getting to the pump when you activate the washer switch?
Prior to replacement, I'd get a meter or test probe out and check for power. Should be a basic 2 prong plug into the bottom, For all you know it's the switch on the steering wheel lever.
my 2011 F350 washer fluid stopped working. Turned out the plastic nozzles had gotten brittle over the years and broke on the underside of the hood (so it was spraying inside my hood).
Got new nozzles/hose from Amazon (comes as one piece) for about $25; works better now than it ever did.
If I read the schematic correctly the pump is fed from the wiper motor fuse, #22 30amp. Since your wipers work the fuse is OK. Has to be the pump, switch on the end of the turn signal stalk or a wiring/connector issue.
Wow .... $10 and looks much easier than the fight I had to put up with on my 1990 F150 just getting it out of the reservoir ... at least the pump is external now. Found a quick vid.
Thanks for the vid, saved me the time of looking. Where are you finding the part for 10 bucks? Everywhere I've checked is at least double that.
Edit: Never mind, found them on Amazon near 10 bucks. Should have known to check there.
If it were me I'd look at Rock Auto. Not everything on Amazon is worth buying. Stick with OEM parts. You have a $50K truck and you're complaining about a $20 part? Whatever floats your boat.

Except... If OEM parts never broke, we'd never have to replace anything.
Example - on my old truck I went through 3 VCT solenoids using OEM parts. Decided to try a lifetime warranty Dorman part. Never had to replace it again.
And I bought my truck used, so didn't spend anywhere near 50k on it lol.
But you spend more on parts if you want to. Whatever floats your boat.

It was at the top of the Google screen when I searched for the video .... I think I used 2016 F150 Washer ..... the google magically filled in the "fluid pump" to that and landed me on the ALL page, from there I went to videos.
I agree with what was stated above .... I stick to Delco and Motorcraft parts for my GM and Ford vehicles, and usually I get them from Rock Auto myself. If it is made in China .... At least I want a US Auto Mfg name on it. ... the ignition coils I just got for my Regal were Japan made Delcos .... take that China.
