anyone replaced these? if so where did you get them? I am needing 2 sets.

You lose or damage yours? I had good success with soaking mine in degreaser and running a paper clip through them to free them up.

dribbling, I have cleaned them several times no improvement.

no, but presumably if you go to an auto store site, you can see what they have for your year truck. I got mine from Amazon; they show this for 1999

Mine have been dribbling for years. But they get it over the top of the wiper arm when it's down, so it mostly works. Just go through twice as much RainX washer fluid. Now you tell me it's a $6 fix. Damn you, as if I didn't have enough things to do this weekend ..
