6.4 coolant leak help

2009 F250SD with 152k. Got the BPD oil cooler relocate kit and new HPFP installed last month by a local reputable dealer. This week noticed degas bottle empty...took over a gallon of water to get it in band. Had had no temp issues. Initial search revealed a small low rate drippy leak coalescing at the "chin" of the engine under the main crank pulley. Drip rate initially was very slow but after driving a bit it was a good rate. Trying to inspect with a mirror and couldn't find anything. It's not the radiator or hoses (hoses recently replaced). I am assuming it's the water pump. Took it back to the shop and they cant definitively locate it and need to take the radiator off to get to where it might be. My question is twofold .. what else should I look for/replace? And what else could it be?

We want to keep this truck to 250k or more so want to do this right. I read about the cavitation issue so should I just replace the housing with the pump? Plan on replacing with BPD pump. Figure I should probably have the fan clutch replaced as well. Any advice appreciated.

So, it appears it's the timing cover gasket, so I am a going to refresh everything...timing cover, water pump, both gaskets, serpentines, pullies and tensioners, fan clutch, and Radiator. First snag...how to I determine if my truck has the "snow package" so I get the correct fan clutch?
