I have purchased all my ESP's from them, always great service and unbeatable price. If you find anything lower call them and they will make it right. I deal directly with Jack Guisti and he is great!

I buy the premium. HPFP, DEF system all is covered but you gotta make sure you don't get water in the tank. If they find rust in the HPFP they will deny your warranty. So run clean diesel from high volume stations, don't fill up if the tanker is there, use an additive like Optilube, replace your fuel filters on schedule and drain them often
That is universal with all Ford ESP's you are entitled to a pro-rated refund upon cancelation.
I didn't mean to imply that only Flood Ford would refund you money just that a lot of people let the ESP go with the the truck- which from my experience has never increased my trade in value.. I will say that Flood has always been easy to deal with even when asking for a refund. I tried to cancel a Polaris ESP on my Ranger and that was a hassle as the dealer keep trying to convince me not too.
On another note on my Polaris XP Turbo I kept the ESP and last year the front diff started leaking. They changed some seals first, still leaked. Then they changed the front diff out. That ESP was well worth it. The front diff is $1400. I wish that warranty was still in effect. Inow have an overboost issue. The boost controller is $259, the actuator is over $500 and the turbo is $2000 for example......... Even if you can do the work yourself parts are outrageous from Polaris, Ford and John Deere.
BTW the heim joint between the actuator and wastegate is rusted and won't move so the waste gate can't open thus the too high boost. Polaris doesn't sell just the heim joint you get to buy the entire actuator. I was able to find a heim from McMaster Carr for $8. Should be here Thursday..

Agreed never trade a vehicle and leave a valid ESP in place. The biggest game in the business, if the dealer knows you have a ESP when they run OASIS they will use the ESP to cover any needed parts and repairs in order to flip the vehicle.
I just consumated the deal with Flood Ford for the Premium Care ESP. $2210 for 5 more years of coverage up to 100k mi on my 2017 F450. I only have 13k mi on her right now. This will give me peace of mind until I trade up in 4 or 5 years.
Today I got quotes for a 2020 F250 Gas 4x4, PremiumCare 8 yr, 100k miles, $100 deductible, no add-ons, as follows:
$2274 Lombard (online with email offer code)
$2160 Zeigler (online with offer code PAYINFULL)
$2110 Flood (online)
$2059 fd-warranty.com (emailed Troy D at Greenfield. I had bought a Toyota ESP from Troy about 15 years ago as well!)
I always opt for the premium ESP, you can also get the 10/200k Powerstroke warranty if you want it. The DPF and Catalyst is excluded from coverage.
Where did you find a 10yr/200k option? When I purchased, the most I could get is 8yr/150k miles. Just checked Flood & Lombard, no change. Flood Ford PlanLombard Ford Plan
I elected 8yr/125k (I don't put that many miles on it) premium care with $100 ded. Purchased from the dealer; they were within a couple hundred dollars of Flood Fords price. 10 years would have been nice.
