Eh. Replaced the dpfe It got a little better but still crazy rich. I clipped of the vac line to the egr and it started to go lean. I pulled a vacuum on the egr it’s self to rule it out. Leaving it to be the cheapest thing I purchased, the damn egr control solenoid. Runs and drives great. If I didn’t tell you it was that high of mileage you would never guess it has 500xxx on it, maybe 300xxx. Changing the transmission filter and outer wheel Bearings today. Then I’m going to leave it be for a while. That’s the way plan anyway

The hijack or derailment begins at Post #8 so if you're able to weed that member's posts out you should be okay. Its rather rude and selfish IMHO---having made a separate thread would have been better for the OP.

A weak fuel pump can cause those exact symptoms. I know it sounds backwards but when the fuel pressure goes up the volume of fuel decreases, intern the injectors open duration is longer Mekong it to where the fuel injectors never really close. It will run fine till it doesn’t.
