360 camshaft?

I have a 71 F150 with a totally stack 360 except for the 4barrell
intake and carb I got from a 65 Tbird. My cam went flat so I guess its time to replace it. Any suggestions on a cam that would give me a little more torque without damaging my idle quality or low end torque too bad? I was looking at possibly a crower cam with a 204 210 duration and 494 523 lift but considering going even milder than that. Any help would be much appreciated. Also does anyone know what the specs would be on the stock cam I'm curious how much difference I'm looking at?

bob blan, get an RV cam. Gives you hella low end torque with good idle.

Browse through the FE forum. I would be surprised if any one tells you not to use a Crane 901 or 941.

Crane also offers a "Blueprint" of the 390-4V cam, which could be a nice choice if you want totally stock manners.

Thumbs up

The Crower should work good in your 360. I'm running an Isky thats pretty compareable- 202/492" Intake, 208/488" Exhuast 110LC. I have this in a '63 4x4 w/390 and it pulls good from VERY LOW. I'm running 35's on my old truck, and can lug it in 3rd gear up my driveway so low you can just about make out each cylinder firing, and give it about a toes worth of gas pedal and it picks right up.Al
