The only thing left to do to my interior was to install the headliner. It was so difficult to install during the trial fit before painting I had been putting it off for some time now. Last night I had a spark of energy so gave it a try. Went in a lot easier the second time and the ABS plastic looks much better than the bent and disentagrating cardboard it replaced.
Wow - looks great. I would be interested to know where you got it also - I was going to print out the template and make one, but that looks a lot better than the 4-section ones...
Nice!
Where'd you get it? Preformed, right?
I've been putting off doing mine forever.

Rod Doors in CA. $275 plus shipping. fits well. Pre formed and held in by 4 clips in front that are part of the liner, 2 on the sides and the rear window weather strip in back.
Shame their side panels don't come down further. And I wonder if one could glue a felt like material on it for noise absorption?
It comes with side panels, I just chose not to install them. Rod Doors has a short online video showing the install. I used self adhesive aluminum backed foam attached to the roof panel before installing the headliner.
Same one I used and I really like it. It does come with side panels and a lower cab panel is available as well, to cover the area behind the seat. I covered mine with the thinly foam-lined headliner material. It also comes with adhesive/velcro mounting pads to keep the center portion up. I would recommend using those. Don’t line the abs with any insulation as it will add weight and want to droop. Apply any sound deadening directly to the cab roof....
