96 Explorer 5.0L issue/problem

ok so, my race truck is a 2003 Ranger that has a 96 Explorer 5.0 installed
it has GT40 heads, E303 cam, torque monster headers.

the issue im having is it is running like crap, it keeps sputtering and back firing.

i have 3 codes that have to do with running conditions, but no matter what i do the codes are still there.

P0113 - Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor 1 Circuit High
P0350 - Ignition Coil Primary/Secondary Circuit
P1131 - Lack Of HO2S Switch - Sensor Indicates Lean

i have replaced the coilpacks, plugs, wires, IAT sensor, both o2 sensors, cleaned the MAF, and replaced the ECM (it fried and made me believe it was the issue all along)
i have checked grounds and checked for vacuum leaks. Im out of ideas.

anyone have a similar issue?
were you able to figure it out?

Was the engine cold when you pulled those codes? If so clear all codes and try again with the engine fully warmed up.
What is the fuel pressure at the engine when it is running?
Does it have open headers?

Truck was operating temp, and the fuel pressure at the rail is 35psi, pressure pre fuel filter is 75psi

I read a post on here with a dudes having the same issue, he pretty much did what I have done, he ended up cleaning the plugs to the coilpacks and it fixed the issue, so I gave it a shot. Truck hasn't popped any engine codes yet, I'm gonna scan it again after I get back from a drive in it, but it seems to be running great so far

TPS wire read out
Black wires has .9 ohm = good
orange wire has 4.99v = good
green wire when cycled has 1.3v and transitions good until about 3/4 throttle, then it goes to zero when you get past that spot it picks up voltage again and maxes out at 4.99v

leads me to believe the tps is bad, but im not sure if that is the cause of my problem or not

It may not be the cause of your problem, but it isn't correct. TPS sensors usually are not too expensive these days and if you're planning to keep your truck, I'd suggest replacing the TPS sensor. It shouldn't make the original issue any worse and there is a chance it will correct it.

Have you checked the wiring diagrams to see if there's a feed or ground that is common to all the sensors with diagnostic codes being reported?

Yeah I already put one on order, I do need to read and see if that 1.3v is correct, seems high to me.
No I haven't looked into seeing if there is a common ground for those sensors, I'll definitely look into that too

I'd expect to see around 0.9v on the TPS with the throttle closed. Your reading of 1.3v does seem a bit high, but only after you mentioned it. It didn't jump out at me when I originally read your post.

back to the drawing board....
i found a couple broken wires to the ECM, repaired them and the truck drove amazing, the next morning after work it did the same crap its been doing. im thinking its time to pull the intake and completely go over the engine harness. when i wiggle the injector harness it will change how the truck runs, so im gonna start there, im half tempted to get rid of the fuel injection and coil pack and throw a carb and distributor on it

repaired the injector harness, replaced the injectors, and its still doing the same thing, im half tempted to pull the motor and put something else in its place, i am completely at my wits end. i think its time to either put an ecoboost in it, or convert it to carb
