Rear diff questions
Hello all,
I need to change the rear diff fluid in my truck (75K mi) and have two questions:
is a gasket required, or is an RTV bead ok, and
best way to lean the axle housing surface.

Clean the outside of the housing? Putty knife, rags and solvent, pressure washer. Serving suggestion!
