A slowing question

Hello, I have a 1997 ford f-250 with 460 engine. I tow a 27 ' toy hauler trailer. I noticed a few years ago that it felt like my electric breaks would apply
by themselves slightly, just enough to feel the truck to slow down a bit then release. I do have a B&M Shift Improvement Controller installed in my truck. However
it has been installed for many years but this problem is only a few years old. Even with the controller off it still does the same thing. I thought that it was
the Electric Break Controller so I purchased and installed a new one, the Drag effect still happens. And now it happens once in a while without a trailer
being towed which is new and hasn't really been felt before. I think it might be related to the transmission maybe? I only have about 93,000 miles on the truck
the transmission was serviced at about 75,000 miles. Has anyone heard or does anyone have an Idea about this situation?
Please, I need help, thanks Keith
