Manufacturers Declared Weight
Hey all
Is there a site to get details of the original declared weight for my 2008 f250?
I'm after the curb weight and GVWR. I have the original brochure but there's nothing with either of those weights on.
TIA

should be a sticker on your driver’s side door pillar with weight info for that specific truck

Best way to get actual curb weight is to run your truck across a CAT scale.

fleet ford.com can get you a lot of the info based upon your particular set up.
Look at the towing guide for your year, model and size, cab and motor and gears.
surprised that you don't have the yellow sticker on the door.

So, am I looking at the GVWR on Page 6 and that's the truck weight, and not the RV/trailer/payload?

Starting on page 18 as well. That will tell you your max 5th wheel and bumper plus the GCWVR. All these numbers are important.
What are the particulars of your truck.
6.4, F250.
What gears, do you have the snow plow or camper package?
attached is an empty weight ticket of my 2008

yes, but the weight has been deleted as it was an import to the UK. So, the new plate is a downrated plate. I want it to be put back to the original hence the query

So your gears are 3.73 limited slip.
GCVWR is 16K.
Page 6 according to your wheel base and 4x4 or 4x2 will show the GVW and payload.
Best you can do is to weigh it just like I did and take that GVW and subtract the actual weight to determine accurate numbers
