Water Underneath Floor Mat
I have water getting underneath my weather tech floor mat on the front passenger side. I even have mold growing, so it’s been a while. Obviously, weather tech is doing its job. My father in law had the same issue on his 2015 (mine is an 18).
I’m still under my factory bumper to bumper, any one else had an issue getting their dealer to cover this issue?
I have an appointment on Tuesday.

EDIT:
This info helped so much that my dealer is completely replacing my carpet in the truck. Honestly, I am completely shocked that they are doing that. The service manager told me seeing this TSB helped them get it approved.
