Any ideas on floor mats! I bought a set from Cabelas and I hate them.I Don't do any off roading but haul horses and hunt. Also my seat cover is wearing out, any place besides Ford for a replacement. Thanks.
I have the molded Husky liner floor mats. They keep crud off of the factory floor mats and carpet and also hold water from when I jump into the truck at the boat ramp. I get home, take the liner out and dump the water onto the lawn. Not a drop gets onto the floor.
I have the molded Catch-All floor mats in grey rubber, they fit great and work well........MOST of the time I have a nice set of cloth mats on top of them, unless I"m going hunting or 4 wheeling, then the rubber ones come in handy!!!!
I have some cheapy Husky rubber liners in my truck right now (they came with the truck) and while they are not ideal they do a good job of keeping the crud off the carpet. My only gripe with them is that the edges are mostly rolled up and sometimes you snag the mat when getting in. I've heard the molded Husky liners are the shizz though, I'd like to get a set someday.
I've got a Catch-All Extreme up front and love it. It's one piece molded to the contour of the truck. I've had it for seven years and it's good as new.
I have horses, hunt and generally trash any thing carpeted. This has been so awesome for me I'll never buy anything else. They are resistant to water, snow, mud, grease and chemicals, and comes with a lifetime guarantee against cracking, splitting or breaking.
# 5 for huskys, fill um up, pull um out, dump um, wash um, put um back in. No worries about that sticky red mud we have around here getting on that purdy tan carpet.
try" Wet Okole" brand seat covers.... best I have ever seen or heard about. The shop truck we put covers on when new, did not like the velour type stock upholstery. The drivers cover is in sad shape now at 120k miles, rest looks good. bought the truck in 2001 new, 2000 model year
Vote #6 for husky liners I bought them and they work great you pay a little bit more for them but they work great if you use your truck and want to keep the carpet nice underneth.
Personally, I love my Weathertech Liners. They go over the threshold, so when I sweep out the floor with my handy-dandy whisk broom, I don't get a bunch of dirt and stuff shoved in between the liner adn the door step plate.. it just shoves right out over the step plate and onto the ground. They also clean up great with just a little scrubbing every time you wash your truck.
