Have never seen repair panels. I know you don't want to replace the whole fender but that may be your only choice. Plus it is easier.
Mar-K is the only ones I've heard of that specialize in flareside components but I looked there and they only seem to offer full rear fenders - at least I couldn't find any patch panels. Would be a trick knowing how big to make a patch panel to suit the majority, I think.
I bought a pair last year and I swear they came from LMC. I was leery at first but they fit and welded up just fine. Like all other butt welding, you just need to go real slow. Good luck.

How bad are the rear sections? I replaced my fronts with patch panels from LMC (I think $29 each) but like you, I could have used rears as well. I made my own patches since it wasn't a huge section. I also had to make my own patches for almost all of the points where the fender holes meet the bedside for mounting. If you have the means, it isn't to terribly difficult and will save you the cost of 2 new fenders that will more than likely be close to $800.00 with shipping. Just a thought
