Ok will try to keep it as short as possible. I had to pull heads to remove broken exhaust manifold bolts, so while i was at it I installed a Comp Cams Computer cam and springs, and headman 89510 headers. Got everything back together and broke in cam. Now when I start it it just shakes and wants to die out. double checked and no cam lobes where damaged. I have not smoked for vacuum leak but have been spraying brake cleaner with no change. I ohm check all injectors and they are good. So cylinders 2,3,5,8 run around 200 deg and 1,4,6,7 run above 300 deg. I can unplug 2,3,5,8 injectors and there is no change in how it runs. Not running I pulled #8 injector wire and probed the ground side and checked continuity from there to the computer plug, now with the rest plugged in there is no resistance when probing computer plug between the power and either ground (white and tan wire) but if I unplug all injectors and do it only the wire color I am checking has no resistance is that makes sense. I thought vacuum leak but checking the computer plug is making it confusing. If i remember correctly it having no resistance between all wires only happens when 1,4,5 injectors are plugged in. Hopefully that not to confusing.
Trace the runners in the intake and I think you will find all your dead cylinders are on the same runner from the TB. Look for a large vacuum leak between the TB and where the runners separate.
