ford 370

i have a 1977 4x4 4speed f250 with a worn out 460. i have a great running 370 out of a school bus. Can i bolt it right in & are there any 370 preformance upgrades?

the 370 is a 385 series engine so there's no reason it can't be swapped.

since the 370 is an industrial engine performance isn't what it's about. but most bolt on performance parts should fit, question is will they make enough gain to warrant it.

370 was only installed in 1979 and later 600 and larger series trucks. It'll be a gutless wonder in an F100/350. There are no performance upgrades.
