I would just leave it stock if you don't want to have to do alignment stuff. Personally, I would just get Superlift leveling coils or some replacement F250 front coils. If the front is raised less than 2 inches the camber bushings will work. I have leveled 3 of these trucks with front coils and prefer this route. I would stay away from those junk front puck style kits.

Neither would I but that wasn’t the question. The OP asked about raising the front of the truck to level it. Conanski said it would be easier/ less complicated to lower the rear.

I would stay away. Somehow it auto-corrected to the wrong wording. That is junk. I'll edit it.

It is easier to lower the rear, but still not something I would suggest for a 4wd truck or even a 2wd that actually gets used as a truck. Easier isn't always better. The only way I would ever recommend that is on a 2wd that someone wanted to actually lower.

I don’t see myself lowering anything to be honest. I will most likely get a pair of F250 coils from moog in the future. I live on a dirt road but 95% of my driving is on pavement.

I also wouldn’t raise the front just level it out when it is unloaded.
