So I recently purchased a 61 c600 and it appears to have a Y block in it. I want to do a oil and filter change but, have no idea what filter it takes.
It is the old canister style.

I believe ford swapped over to a spin on filter in 58 so if you have a y block (272, 292, 312) with a canister in a 61 truck there may have been an engine swap over the years. 61 ford trucks should have a spin on filter from the factory.
