My 2020 F350 SRW came from the factory level. With the snowplow prep and camper package it raises the front and with the 2” rear leaf spring blocks makes the level some people are looking for.

That’s great if that’s what you’re looking for. Now I have to spend money to make it back into a working truck. Not that big of deal, I make improvements to the functionality of the truck for intended use all the time. Just seems backwards to me.
Maybe in the future they would let you option proper rake for intended use.
For those wanting this look with factory height and don’t mind the ride, this would be an option.
I just measured mine out of curiosity. 2019 with the factory plastic wheel well flare things. Air bags in back with 14 psi. 41.5” in front and almost 44” in rear. At 14 psi it raises me about an inch, but rides good with trailer hooked up. This is sitting at about 9000lb with all my tools.
I don't have the exact measurements but my 2019 gasser with the SP springs still has around 2-3" of rake. That's why I'm glad I didn't wait for the 2020s, I like the higher stance the pre '20s have.
My 2017 gasser with plow springs sits about an inch lower in the front. Used to have a ready lift 2.5 on the truck and was about an inch - 1.5 inches nose high. Hated the look but didn’t want to lift the rear and had 2k in 37s so lived with it for almost a year before selling the tires.
I’d like to add the plow springs are a little more rough than the standard ones... my buddies truck doesn’t have the plow prep package and runs the same Cooper stt pros I do and his ride quite a bit smoother.
