Went to Pat's King of Steaks in Philly over the summer and Mikeman is right. I thought I made a good cheesesteak, I had to change my recipe when I came back...Cheez Whiz is awesome.
Had a Sub Station II where I used to live, they are very good.
I like Subway, I also work there. I am not getting tired of it....yet. Right now my favorite is a Monty Cheddar bread, Roastbeef with extra cheddar bread and bacon with lots of lettuce and green peppers and a couple olives with honeymustard....mmmmmmmmmm..drooling....drooling.. ...
It's really good. I dont prefer the steak and cheese cause its not steak. It is good though, once in a while.
The chicken teriyaki, when I tried that, it tasted like stir-fry. I tell people who have never had it. Oh and just so ya know, that Chicken Pizziola,........ +o( when people ask whats on it or how it is, i say..disgusting, when my manager isnt there. I have yet to see someone constantly come in and order it again and again. If you do get it, ask to have the tomatoes not put on it. ewwwwwww...totally ruins it. well anyways, i should go eat dinner...
Maybe it's the county I live in, but every Subway, Quizno's & Blimpies we've tried has been a thin slice of meat, minimal attachments and way too much tasteless bread. I already knew Subway sucked, but when we got our 1st & only Quizno's, I had high hopes from their commercials. Wrong...... Their world famous bread has no flavor and their meat & toppings were even skimpier than Subway's.
I'll stick to the local places like Piazzo's and TooJay's.

There's now a Quiznos in Glen Burnie and Severna Park, FWIW.
Where exactly is Westminster, anyway? I've heard of it, but never been there.
I live right before the bay bridge heading to the Eastern shore.
XXL
Yeah I know there are more Quizno's around but 4 years ago the first one was in Westminster but went of business because of location, mangament stupidity, etc.
Westminster is the county seat of Carroll County. Which is the first county west of Baltimore and east of Frederick.
