Had to vote no. I have this thing about paying for a Sandwich when I can go home and make one. I won't pay for bottled water either.

I used to never go there. But I find myself there more and more often. I think it was the option thing. I want a number one, two, whatever, with iced tea. And at Subway you have to hold their hand so to speak to build your food. And if a cook doesn't put on enough of something you like and you tell them, they may give you a dirty look!

But eating fresh is much better.

Mr. Sub used to be the way to go, but now I goto subway because I prefer to eat something healthy. mr. sub and there cold cut subs aren't very healthy, where as the "club" at subway is.

Only problem I have is the cost. At Wendys a classic single combo with potato instead of fry and coke (or frosty) to drink is 4.27$

The hamburgers are fresh never frozen, brought in every 2 days. The potatos...are potatos.

Subway seems to be minimum 8$ and I usually drink water back at work (still 7 something for a large sub)

Harveys is my fav. burger joint but 5.74$ for a hamburger and soup there...(swiss chalet is attached to the one by my work so I get soup from swiss chalet instead of the fry good deal) still more then wendys.

When your a student...and working part time to pay for everything (school included) you try to watch the spending.

Quizno's is damn good, too, but I always get the meatball sub (mmmmmmm) and I'm sure Subway's better for me.

I like Subway subs also, but I voted no because of price.
I consider it fast food but I can't walk out without spending 10 bucks (double meat and a drink) if I want to be full.

Might as well go to KFC or Boston chicken for 10 bucks (they're both kinda pricey for me for lunch). Or a non-franchise sub shop for slightly less, but at least as good.

Fisher of Man- 2 for Tuesdays? Cool I'm goin tomorrow

Anyone have a sub station 2 near them? We have them in Northern KY and they are great! Like twice the meat of subway.

Quizno's gets my vote. It is just too bad the nearest one is a little over 600 Km's from me. Or maybe it's a good thing...

They are not bad, but I can think of many other places that make a WAY BETTER sub.

I worked for the first Quizno's in MD unitl it went out of business, and then waited 3+/- years for another one to come close. Rest assured if you see me in a Subway call the cops I'm being held hostage. I can't stand that junk. I'd rather swill sewage...

mmmmm.....sewage.......LOL

There's now a Quiznos in Glen Burnie and Severna Park, FWIW.

Where exactly is Westminster, anyway? I've heard of it, but never been there.

I live right before the bay bridge heading to the Eastern shore.

All you guys in MD ought to run up to Philly and get a REAL cheese steak or hoagie. There ain't nothing like it, nothing even comes close. It's almost enough to make me want to move back east.
