We've talked about Pizza and Hot Dogs. Chinese food is popular. We have two buffet places not far from here. Occasionally I like to go and make a pig of myself. I'm not sure about the proper Chinese names. Chicken *****. Various veggies. Noodles. Ribs. All good.
Moo Goo Gay Pan. Chop Suey. Chow Mein. Kun Pao. Lo Mein. etc. Of course I'm not sure exactly what is what.
One thing I hate are fortune cookies. And, I never eat with chop sticks. I'm a fork user all the way.
I can tolerate szechuan once every six months or so...but that's about it. Same with Thai- and that's pretty much my Asian food short list. I should have been born Italian.
You guys ever eat Hunan Chicken at the chinese joints? That's is by far my favorite dish. There's nothing terribly exotic or crazy, but it's still very much chinese. Mmmm... Get it in the spicy version if available.

I've had various chicken dishes. One was so hot I almost called 911. Fogot the proper name.
I love Chinese Food so much the Chinese lady at the local Chinese Food Place call's me "Shrimp Chow Mein." It's all I ever order. I eat it about twice a week. I love it.
Chinese food is my downfall. I would eat at a Chinese buffet every night of the week for as long as I lived. I love Lo Mein! General Tso's chicken, mussels, oh man....Im gunna have to go get some tomorrow night!
My dad was a minister in a vietnamese church from my pre-school through elementary years, and continues to work with them, so I've grown up eating asian foods. The vietnamese have a soup called Pho that is awesome. We have a high population of vietnamese around here o theres Pho joints everywhere, not to mention its the staple food of their diet other than rice. here wedding receptions are 8 course meals easy and often consist of cheese lobster (sooo good) flounder (the whole thing, head and all) duck, and many other things. I love to eat duck and we often go to a chinese barbecue restaurant and i always get duck. among some of the strange things Ive eaten is "golden fried pigeon." Much like quail, but better. They had it listed on the menu at a wedding and we all thought it sounded strange. They brought out a tray of whole pigeons (head and all) in a circle. Those things were good! I had at least three pigeons myself. My family sat with a vietnamese family we tag along with, but like most of these weddings, all the white people (few) congregate. Needless to say, they didnt touch their pigeon.
So i see all of you like the usual chicken, and fried rice...but do any of you like to eat sushi???...I myself have never tried it, but looks pretty appetising, i just dont know if it would taste as good as it looks..Im not much of a risk taker
