Key Cylinder Replacement
New member here. Have 59 F100 all original. Have a new ignition key and door lock set. Want replace the original as key is badly worn plus it will match the door lock. I know the way if it had the pin hole to release the cylinder. Mine does not. Cannot get it out. Ideas? Is there a trick. Could replace with another but already have it.
