Fuel filter

Hi all... Not new to Ford trucks or this Forum. (I have a 2013 F350 and joined back then went I bought it new.) I am however new to the 1961-166 F100 Forum because I'm helping my cousin restore his '62 F100 4x4 and he's unable to source a fuel filter. He to a few auto parts stores and of course they said they had one to fit. Well, you know how that went. I attached two picture of his fuel pump and filter. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
George

Yeah, he went to NAPA and no luck. He probable got a "green" parts person.

Thank you for responding...

C3TZ-9365-A .. Fuel Filter - Includes Gasket - Fits into glass or metal bowl on pump (Motorcraft FG-16) / Obsolete

1955/64 trucks with 223 I-6, 239/256/272/292 Y Block V8's.

OBSOLETE RELIABLE PARTS in Nashville GA has 15 = 229-686-5101.

GREEN SALES CO. in Cincinnati OH has 20 = 800-543-4959.

CARPENTER NOS PARTS in Concord NC has 24 = 800-476-9653.

Give the Motorcraft number (FG-16) to NAPA or an indie auto parts store, they should be able to get it.

Obsolete is one of my favorite sources and I checked them out last night. I too came up with P/N C3TZ-9365-A. Sent the P/N on to my cousin and let him work it out. Sent him FG-16 info and hopefully he can get a "seasoned" parts counter worker at NAPA. :

Thank you guys from the help...
