Can a failing IPR cause a long crank and start condition? Sometimes it starts up fine other times it take several seconds for it to reach 500PSI. 2004 with 2005 engine new stand and dummy pipes installed. 680 psi at idle 1450 to 1540 PSI at 2000 rpm. engine power and performance is normal.

sounds a lot like the second start on the video. The first start was way longer than what I'm seeing here. The truck has always started two seconds or less even on a cold day. It just seems to take too long to build 500 psi I was thinking it may be HPO leak but i have let sit for three days and it lights right off. other times i shut it off and try to start and get a long crank to 500 psi. This i why i'm asking about the IPR
