I need help with an electrical gremlin
My dad has a 1996 F250 7.5L gas.
periodically when driving the window won’t roll down, Locks won’t work, cruise won’t work and the transmission shifts real hard. It doesn’t throw any CEL, the cpu won’t allow the pulling of codes.
so far I have checked
fuses, grounds,
Replaced with a new CPU,
ignition switch,
new clock spring
im out of ideas and throwing money at The problem
Hoping it fixes it. It’s so random, There isn’t a provocation or event that precedes it.
