Hello all Olblack is a 1976 F-250 .After dumping atf n hydrologic oil all over my drive for tooooo long . The pulley on the power steering pump got spun off the pump. I’ve been using it like that and prefer it now. What does it take to just get rid of the power steering out of the current oem system ? Right now the system is still sealed essentially with just the belt n pulley off. Should I try to bypass the control pump? The seal on the power assist ram has worn down the surface of the assist ram also . Not sure if trying to bypass these units and connect the hoses together.
My goal is to remove what I have to from oem PS ( ****** Of **** ) unit . And go old school. Thanks man
