If the distributor and carb have been changed, you are good. All that other stuff is just dead weight now. I saw your video, I think I would pull the carb and go through it.

Just to make sure you have non-feed back carb & dist. post up a picture of the dist. and a few of the carb with the filter housing off.
Then as DaveF said the carb may just need a going thru.
I also asked if the choke was opening all the way when the motor is up to temp.
We will get this to run good again for you.
