Excellent, thanks! I'm working on an update for this fall. I'm probably the only one trying to make the factory transistorized ignition operational, but I added more information from the maintenance manuals. I also have sales brochures from both '65 and '66 that depict a style side F100 with an 8' "Camper Coach" and an F250 with a 10' over the cab "Camper Coach", Ford speak for a camper shell.
Something else I noted was that the 6 cylinder invoice only shows 2 6 ply tires while the V8 shows all 4. Strange that they would have delivered it with different tires front and rear.
The 6 cylinder truck has a six digit DSO while the V8 has a two digit DSO - Both Seattle 74 - The tires may have been the thing that was special ordered. Nothing else seems to be particularly unique about the truck and I've always assumed the special order had to do with the tires. At this link is the build sheet and you can see across the bottom there are 4 tires specified but definitely seems to be two called out of one type and two of another type. All Goodyear tires, but two seem to be Standard and two seem to be XGRIP.
