It is a small tent. 10'x10'x8'H. The door opening is 6'3". It worked well in the summer but now there is too much moisture in the air and the tent doesn't breathe very well causing alot of condensation inside the tent. I will be building a paintbooth in my shop again to continue with the painting process. The last one I had in my shop was cheap and worked very well.
Little more work done on the front fenders. The worst fender is now done with just a skim of filler in many areas. It was really rough, it had major rust and dents and ripples all over. The rust was so bad on top that I made a new top for the fender. Unfortunately I did not get any pictures of it. The first pic is of the better fender and you can see all the ripples and dents throughout and this is after hours of dolly work. It had the typical rust in the usual places. Still have some finishing work and shaping to do but essentially they are ready for body work.
Got a little more done on the front fenders. I couldn't get them to where I didn't need any filler but there is minimal which I am happy about. The fenders are fresh out of filler primer. Now starting on the hood which was pretty good and the patches shown are just a thin skim of light filler which I still have to sand out.
All I have been doing lately is sanding so now I get to see how well I have done, or not. I changed my mind on the color and went with a solid color more appropriate for the vintage of the truck.
