One of the salesman at work knows a guy that might want to buy the old RV tires, Would be nice to get a little money for them and I would not have to dispose of them. Going to try and polish the wheel simulators today and get them re-installed. I did get the shine tire coating put on the new tires yesterday, going to look awesome with the polished covers installed. Step dad lives an hour from Panama City, they got a ton of rain but no damage. Wife keeps saying how she is so ready for our vacation.

Old tires are a PoA now. I have some have to take to Jackson to pay them to take them. The company recycles them and sales that.

Debra was ready to come home. We got back Sunday night. She had Dr appointment yesterday for pain shots to knee. Another series next week and if they work the next step will be to burn the nerve. Then they do the other knee.
Guy coming from Tn tommorow about the mill. The land here we close next week. Guy next to me is buying for what I owe. It frees up that payment.
The developer in Tx sent me a text Saturday night. They are semi ready to let us sign a contientycy contract. They are close to closing on the whole track.

General manager is out for the next 2 weeks, he had a hip replaced yesterday morning. Lawn mower tech is out the next 2 days, not heartbroken over it. He is a pain, always upset about something. The new district president showed up yesterday for a look around, nice guy and seems like he is a listener too. I got almost all the wheel simulators polished up and ready to re install on the motorhome. Step dad had no damage from the tropical storm, almost missing the hit from the hurricane. He lives about an hour away from Panama City. We are still on track to do my mom celebration of life.

So are you in charge for next 2 weeks? Glad everyone is safety.
we have hit a major stumbling block in the move. Getting the down payment on the land. When we looked at it we were told the could not sell for about a month. Saturday night get a text that the do s contract now. Got stressed prayed about it. Put the mill on marketplace. A guy in Tn was suppose to be here today to look/buy last night he send me a text backing out. Back to stressing and praying for the 2500 for the down payment

Debra said her knee feels better.

I'm sure it will work out for you.
Went ahead and ordered a fuel filter and oil filter for the motorhome generator this morning. Doing a quick service to make sure we don't have any issues with it on the way down. It did cut off twice while coming back from Florida last year but it was also downpouring bad at the time. It has run fine ever since so thinking it was the weather. My disgruntled employee is out for the next 2 days, not having useless extra stress in the shop is nice.

We realized that we were being led down the wrong path. God closed the door on the new house and land. So we are going to focus on getting bills paid off and looking for the " perfect house with land and shop in east TX maybe down to Waco. I relisted the mill, someone is coming to look at it today if he buys it fine if not that fine also. we are also rethinking shop tools since we will find a place with a shop. The reason we were going to sell them is would have no to keep them

I have faith it will work out for the best for you.
The hurricane is going to go directly over Ft Polk, was stationed there from 1985-1989.
Serviced the front wheel bearings yesterday, The tire covers came in yesterday too. Some say they work, some say not but they were on sale for half so I bought some. Going to install the wheel covers today and fill it up with fuel tomorrow. Oil filter today and fuel filter tomorrow, will do the generator service on Monday.

Yay it's Friday!
The mower mechanic has been out the last 2 days and it looks like he will be out today. I've been taking up the slack.
I got the simulators back on the motorhome yesterday. Looks like heavy rain is on the way so don't think I can get it filled up before it gets here. Not a big deal and it can wait till next week.

Hopefully, the rain stays north. Be glad when the heat and humidity goes down.

Drove the motorhome to the gas station during lunch yesterday and it cost $147.00 to fill it up. That will get us to the beach and half way back before I need to stop for fuel again. No leaks from the fuel filler line that I repaired that got ripped off last year when the tire let go. It rides really good with the new tires. There was always a strange vibration between 50 and 55 MPH and that is now gone. The fuel filter for the generator arrived but I am still waiting on the oil filter to show up. Supposed to come in today and then I can do the generator service on Monday.

Went to work and worked on the motorhome for a little bit, not working at work. I finished up my quicky project I wanted to get done before vacation. I installed a new rock backsplash in the motorhome kitchen. With the new faucet it looks completely different and now has a modern look.

I bought some forever black plastic dye a few weeks ago, I dyed the sun faded outside plastic trim and bumpers on the wifes hummer today and it looks super awesome! Did a good exterior detail on the Hummer and the Caddy today too. Going to tow the Hummer behind the motorhome to the beach so I got a headstart on getting it ready. Wife is super excited about our vacation in less than 2 weeks.

The daughters Mercedes has been cracking rims for the last few months, we have paid to have 3 repaired and a new set of tires. Our daughter finally talked her husband into buying her a different car. Looks like we are getting the Benz back, we make most of the payments anyway and pay for her insurance. The wife really likes it and I can drive it to work instead of the Envoy so I guess it's a win win. Best part is now the payment and the insurance will be on him. Looking at new rims and TPMS sensors, I already have a complete set of brakes for it I bought last year. Instead of buying a vehicle to pull behind the motorhome I am thinking of just getting a car trailer and pulling the Benz.

You have been busy. I thought the Hummer was your TOAD. Would the Benz and trailer be lighter? Not much going on down here. Sold the sawmill Friday. We had our first dinner party Friday night. We had 6 friends over for a Mexican buffet.
Deba has another round of pain shots in the knee today. She got about 50% relief from the one last week. If she gets more relief from today's shots then next week they burn the nerve endings. Then they start on the other knee. These are temp fimaybe a year) the ultimate fix is a double knee replacement. She said as long as the pain shots work that the way she will go.

Close on the property in Montecllio today. Next door neighbor is buying it. Did not make a lot of money off everything but freed up money to pay off other stuff.
Our son may be up here earlier than May. We told him last night if money got too tight where he could not make rent just let the apartments evict him and we would come to get him. I wish he had taken my offer to move up here when we got married, but understand his reasoning that we need to start our life together. Come to find out the roommate the appt manager setup is NOT on the lease and she is looking for her own place.
