Test for external links for FTE'r having issues...

All outside links tested, and opened successfully, on the following browsers:
Google Chrome 84
Mozilla Firefox 70
Internet Explorer 11
All outside links tested, and opened successfully, on the following devices:
Desktop PC
Laptop PC
Tablet IOS
Not all combinations of devices and browsers tested... eg, Internet Explorer 11 was not tried on the Apple IOS device, as they do not coexist.
No issues to report with any combination tested.
For anyone having trouble, the security settings are one possible area to investigate.
